What he/she did:
-failure to understand english, already warned by GM-Mystra months ago in French regarding the problem, and lately actions on main showed little improvement since the time in August. Player has to send in an english letter of apology that is at least understandable to regain access to the account.

What they did: Giant accumulation of stuff from Sept best summarized as 'crap'
-targeting other non-woe guilds as "inferior"
-long time borderline behavior on main, but it continued downward
-disrespect towards mods over period of time
-drama seeking, even attempt reviving resolved drama by wanting "juicy details"
-harass members of other woe guilds, right on Main itself <= the MAJOR problem
-provoke other players to elevate argument
-"GMs simply fed up" *(see note below for our evidence since this is basically our collective ticket for unfair accusation, and to certain extent, harassment.)
Aneko only participated mainly in the 'major problem' listed above and is a first offender in comparison to saiichi bloodbane who has accumulated numerous ingame warnings various times about behavior on main/public chat.
Below is probably most clearcut example for their harassments. I edited out the name of the victim:

"GMs simply fed up" obviously looks horrible for the GM team and is using public punishment against what sounds like to be a private problem. Of course, heRO GMs are prepared to explain basically "our ticket of complaint due to difficulty by another player" why this point got rolled into the mix.
Here's the related situation on that one.

What's frustrating is: guess what happened 3 weeks ago?
Sept 28, Saiichi submitted idea, well written and all detailed proposal is made in test/dev forum regarding a storyline quest to get the item "Takius's Blindfold" (it's an official item.) Why, it certainly got no stats and is pure cosmetic. GM-Pandora took the time, evaluated the proposal, made suggestions. She gave the seal of approval for someone else to script it, which another player in test/dev eventually did and seems to have made a beta version ready.
Few weeks later, we're now accused of not doing enough where it's needed. Ok, fine, so what should we work on?

I think that it's exactly because we cared for our players, including you and your suggestions made to the server, Pandora went over YOUR PROPOSAL ABOUT A COSMETIC FANCY LOOKING NON-WAR-RELATED ITEM, and took the time to evaluate balance/feedbacks. We accept ideas from players if it improve the server, which Pandora did as well for your quest submission. We genuinely considered it to be pretty interesting, gave the approval for a NON-GM test/dev member to script it, so that we can still focus on the main issue.
Apparently this is worth being smashed in the face because we totally did not care about the needs and wants of a player here. So what... damned if we do, damned if we don't? If we paid attention to your proposal, then we ignore pvp and not care about our players? If we didn't pay attention to your proposal, then that means we ignored your proposal so we still aren't caring for our players? Like honestly... you trying to set a trap for us with your own quest just when we're almost done with it?
If you want to criticize us like so many others, at least don't flip flop around and be consistent about it. Point us out in what you think is the right direction, and stick with it.

-punished for similar type of behaviors against other players ingame in the past. Not much excuse to say, unaware of the rule or expectations that heRO has on its players.
Forum ban has no effect on ingame character, unless forum punishment is bypassed or evaded.

In case if wondering, Sakurato made a post of equal severity flaming someone else who did not agree on the topic at hand for the thread... however it's GMs' faults for not seeing her post when it was made and did not stop/warn right there. It wouldn't be too fair to give a punishment few days later for something the GMs didn't seem to disprove at that moment back then. Take this as *severe* warning, and count it as 'luck' how we missed the post back then...

What he/she did:
-he mobs then goes near another player and hide on his assassin, which causes the mob to kill the nearby player, then proceed to grimtooth both his original mob and the mob of the other player too. Ignores other player when confronted about the problem, and dismisses the other player rudely.
Previous botter who started anew from nothing in heRO. Given a history like that, there is little reason to be 'unclear' of what's allowed and what's not allowed in heRO rules. This is a clear form of KSing, tagging on purposely killing the other player too.
