RE: Magic the Gathering - Snapplewee - 01-04-2010 I would only use cards like Colossus for flinging. lrn2t1 RE: Magic the Gathering - Ultima_Pi - 01-04-2010 MtG got silly after Portal. I blame... who was it... Hasbro? RE: Magic the Gathering - Aaronock - 01-04-2010 What the heck, an artifact deck uses Collossus to beat stick to win. They can do that, especially with artifacts that produce mana, artifact lands, tolarian academy and whatnot. Seriously what is your fetish with just flinging things? RE:??Magic the Gathering - Snapplewee - 01-04-2010 Aaronock Wrote:Seriously what is your fetish with just flinging things? Raging Goblin+Blazing Shoal+High casting cost creature= first turn win. And its feasible. edit: this combo isn't right yet. I have to find the other component. edit2: this doesn't even contain fling. back to the drawing boards RE: ??Magic the Gathering - Général_Argos - 01-04-2010 Snapplewee Wrote:Raging Goblin+Blazing Shoal+High casting cost creature= first turn win. Does a creature with 19 converted mana cost exist? If not, to win on first turn you need in your hand on first turn: - mountain - raging goblin - blazing shoal - blazing shoal - High cost creature - High cost creature Wich is a combo of 6 cards of out a hand of 7. If find you very optimist :l RE:????Magic the Gathering - Snapplewee - 01-04-2010 G?n?ral_Argos Wrote:Snapplewee Wrote:Raging Goblin+Blazing Shoal+High casting cost creature= first turn win. Read the edits. RE: Magic the Gathering - Général_Argos - 01-04-2010 ohlol yea xD anyway my white sidedeck contained 4x awe strike and 4x the other one but for burn spell both of them costing only 1 white mana :0 RE: Magic the Gathering - Aaronock - 01-04-2010 If you go second, one can probably burn the creature, play diabolic edict, or swords to plowshares the creature. If you go first, there is always force of will...>_> Hmmmmmm another Mirrodin card worth noting was Chalice the Void btw :O RE: Magic the Gathering - Snapplewee - 01-04-2010 Never heard of Chalice. Where I live, I have won the last 3 pre-releases and always rank in the top 3 in sealed drafts. I can make decks like a boss with the cards I am given. I just stick with sealed (prereleases and booster drafts) so everyone essentially has the same chance of getting the same shit. From the other topic.... +4/+0 > +3/+3 I say this because in most of my tournament experiences, the +4 is more game breaking. I wouldn't waste the +4/+0 on anything important. +4 on a 1/1 is enough. +3/+3 is just, meh. Its rounded yeah, but it doesn't do much really. RE: Magic the Gathering - Général_Argos - 01-04-2010 Lets do a side hero-meeting this summer? During afternoon we go to the classic one, but during beforenoon we do some mtg pwnage fights /gg ???:3 |
