How about DDR tracks like Quasar, Internoplex, or maybe some guitar tracks from Antoine Dufour? I also recommend a beautiful "Actiony" song from Noir called Salva Nos. You can find them all on Youtube. I'l post here if I have any other suggestions.

Oh man...I feel your pain. ._. I used to modify my bgms too and I never DID understand why CERTAIN songs wouldn't play...like everytime it happened, I went to find some other song to put there. ._.
