I've downloaded all the updates via the patcher. However, I'm not sure how to update the sakray.

As long as you used our files, and use the patcher to get our latest patches, you will be fine.

Hmmm. It still says that an unexpected program error has occured and it needs to shut it down. Ughh! I just want to play heRO T_T

Make sure you've patched hero, make sure you have administrator rights to use the program with vista(?)/Windows 7 and make sure that only hero is installed in the folder. Also don't forget to select what you need in the setup.exe for the program.

Can you give a bit more information on your setup if all this doesn't help? A SS of your folder and the size of your GRF files could help.

And another question, did you install with the small installer? I would suggest doing a clean Install, the full installer in a new folder.
