Given that the game is already in beta and this is the 1st concrete date (as opposed to general 'such and such year/season') given, I'm willing to take them at their word.

Blizzard pushed it back so much. All there tweaking even RA3 is out already, poor Blizzard.

Currently the game is not very balanced and there is still a lack of some minor things. Some which will be put into the final and some that will probably not.
As it is, the game is fun. There are lots of Cups already and the community is going crazy. BN2 is lagging a few times but overall it seems to be stable. At least with the current amount of people playing on it.
A lot of things are cheap or how people call it in Starcraft 2: cheesy
