I would tell you to retry multiple times, but I'm pretty sure you have tried a lot. Not sure if there's a full-install available that includes newer patches? Anyone know? In my signature you'll find a link to the Support Ticket system, send in a ticket if you get any problem with the game. The patcher seems to work for most, make sure you run it as Administrator. I downloaded the mini installer, deleted my whole HeRO folder and downloaded the full installer and ran that, and got the latest files out of that link. Nothing seems to work. Patcher says failed to load patchlist, and when I try to go straight to hero.exe, failed to connect to server.
