Hello, there. I'm new, but I'm having some trouble getting on.. I have the full installer, rag/sak setup, newitems installed. Anything else?

If that's not the problem try and specify where the game doesn't let you get on. Hope this helps. Icon_wink

Okay.. First I would get on, right? Then, I come to here.. Put my ID and password in and it just stays like this until about 5 minutes..

Then.. It would say this..

And, I would like to know whats wrong.. Please help..

Check if you don't have your fire wall blocking the connection or maybe a setting in your connection is the problem.

Also make sure if you have a data folder from another server, that you rename it, because that can cause problems Icon_razz

Judging from the image you have in background, you don't have the proper client, make sure you download this:

http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/6/8/56347/september2006.zip

And drop the 3 files (excluding the readme) in your RO folder, replace everything then start heRO.exe

Ok, I downloaded those files, but then, I log on, right and then I get this. I'm absolutely sure that I put in the correct ID and password, I even tried making a new account, same thing..
