Oki. This morning, we have our first ban and I decided to create this thread so that every botter/cheater get ashamed.
IGN: Crass
What he did: Bot to pecopeco. GM followed him closely and he was always taking the same path. He never gave an answer to my questions. He was a lvl 28-10 novice. He had no other character nor does it seems like he was playing another account.

What he did: Botting. He got caught twice, first time he answered fast and decided to let it go with heavy warning. Today I caugh him a second time

First post updated with a "new" botter.
He's been caught twice botting. Every time he had to log off to be able to do what we asked him to.

So.. bots can be programmed or what? I thought bots don't answer to questions!

bot can answer back if they find some word in a sentence. If you say "hi" somwhere in your sentence, the bot will take it as a greeting and will answer back.
If he can't find any word matching his configuration file (because the user can add more answer/hot word), he will say his default text like "don't bother me", "i don't speak english", etc.

Actually he was talking from a command prompt (know that black thingy where all you can do is textual command). Well he was answering my questions but there was no way for him to control his character.

I found a botter too!
His name is Kimimaro
He was standing in front of a monster in lhz_fild03, I buffed him and got no response.
I killed the mosnter in front of him, sudenly he started walking until he found another monster then stayed "stuck" in front of that one too.
I killed the monster again and he did the same thing, walked until he got another than didnt do anything. I repeated the cycle a few times.
I assume he was over 90% full, thus he couldnt not attack, that's why he just walked to the next monster and stayed there.
I said a simple "hello" and he log off automatically and did not come back.
Obvious bot behavior.
The account is banned, on the same account there was only 1 other char, by the name of hellsinger.
Using the same IP is another account with the following characters: Kuramara, Ishida Uryu, Adamoto and Nejji. That account is not banned yet, but if we find the slightest evidence of botting on that account it's gonna end up like the other one!

Tell me, was he a hunter? He probably didn't have any arrow in this case. that would explain why he was standing there, doing nothing.

Nope he's was a Sin.
He PMed me in forum and admitted botting, said he was only testing it. Well, for future reference to anyone "curious" about bot, it's strictly forbidden, even for "testing".
