For introductions, we have the introduction sub-forum. And there is no real help needed to obtain items in heRO. The higher drop-rates and autoloot will ascertain that none of your drops will somehow get lost or missed and overall the game is very friendly towards newbies with Newbies quests.
Like the Sisterly Affection quest.
