I highly recommend joining the discord. A lot of players (old and new alike) use the discord frequently to socialize and organize parties!

Starting fresh can be fun, but if you need help recovering an old account just give us a poke (pm here or support ticket).
In addition to discord, @main in game can also be helpful if you have questions about the game.
