This item will be obtainable by doing a quest.
After another suggestions I decided to make 2 Orc Hero Helmets.
Now it's depending on the Admin which one he wants to add.

Maximum HP/SP+ 15%" versus our current Dark Helm +5% hp/sp wich is really harder to do versus "3 Orc Helm, 25 Gold, 10 Emperium, 500,000 Zeny, 100 Feathers, 100 Soft Feathers, 100 Fluffs, 100 Feathers of bird " seems really overpowered.

If you want to make a helm with such godly stats the item list must be truly out of reach. Anyway.. you want people to cry just hearing about it.

And then let Loki design the npc run around part of it.
Realistically if the stats were toned down a lot then that would be a pretty nice hat. Something like the evolved helmet of orc hero (an incredibly nice hat in it's own rite).

Ms. Pandora is probably (potentially) using the sprite and take the idea of improving the Orc Hero Helmet, but she'll juggle her own stats with it to fit the low rate style of heRO. Angeling/Deviling str tower hat is probably far harder to make in a sense, and it gives far less stats than this current helmet.
Perhaps the Refined Orc Helmet is probably a more suitable for the stats of this sprite as what Mr. Kadar suggested~
On a sidenote: how to make heROs cry at the sight of it
-Have Mr. Loki make NPCs, and make them teleport. Make 10 NPCs of the same manner and specify that players must talk to them in a particular order, and throw them all on Mistress's map.

3 str on headgear sounds awesome, and it sounds kinda fair.
the godlike one, on the other hand, is far too impossible on heRO. the whole server could team up and it would take like a year or more XD.
