So whats up with the reputation points on the forums and stuff, I always see a few people with red/green reputations, but when I try to add them I can't.
Questions:
-Who can add them?
-Do they get you anything?
-How do you earn them?

Yea I tried giving someone some points for helping me. I figured that's what it is for but I was denied T_T. I would like to know what it's for too actually ^_^

We used to have this rep system, then one person (Cream aka Astroboi) abused it and the previous forum administrator (GM-Boomy) decided to remove the option to give or take rep points. So only old members have red/green now.
