Judging by the shape of the upper window bar, you're using windows vista/7? Try changing compatibility mode to XP, can't guarantee it'll help but it was a first thought that came through my mind (probably because I'm a Vista hater xD )

I'd also suggest updating your graph card drivers to the latest version if you haven't done so already.

Also, run setup.exe (in admin mode) and make sure your graphic card and resolution are set in the first 2 boxes.

still......HeRo only works when is opened by "HeRo.exe"......
