Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

Early this morning, Iwata did a special episode of Nintendo Direct called Pokemon Direct. In it he revealed the next generation of Pokemon for the 3DS. Pokemon X and Pokemon Y to come out in October this year in full 3D.

I'm excited and can't wait for it.

I'm also excited to go through the game! It'll be interesting to actually be in full 3D. Though, as usual, I need some time to get used to the new Pokemon... /swt

Eh another pokemon gen o.o I finally got White 2 but of course they are working on a new one again, oh well curious how weird they will make the pokemons look this time.

I'm slowly starting to get used to white2's pokemons, garbage bag and embryo the f***.

*go and visit google* Fennekin looks okayish - reminds me of Victini. Skills have a nice graphic update. The other aspects about the graphics remains questionable, will wait for more info or game.

Hopes for new variety of pokemon regarding types, their stats, looks ect. Looks promising... Oct is so long away xD.

I want a 3ds styles in pokemon linked to new games.

Game is out and cant play it. I am gona die the next few hours. Locally and in Japan the game is widely sold-out on pre-orders.

*edit* So after this original post I chat with a friend that got the 3ds update already. He needs the game xD, I call around and find a shop go buy it from pre-order stash. Then I go to him to get my 3ds updated so I got a Fennekin and Froakie so far.

I pre-ordered Pokemon X in a shop in the Netherlands and never got it in the mail yesterday >_> I went to a shop instead and just bought it because i thought it was bullshit i wouldn't get/play the game on the release date even though i pre-ordered it in time.

I can tell you this, IT IS AMAZING. I LOVE the game play, the 3D effects are not always on, mostly its there during battles, video's, evolutions etc. Which is kinda a +- for me because it is more relaxing for your eyes but at the same time its suppose to be a 3D game so i kinda expected it to be 3D everywhere XD However its my first 3DS game so i am not sure how "3Dish" everything is 'suppose' to be in games like them.

I chose Fennekin as my starter and i currently just beat the first gym, i'm taking my sweet time to catch a lot of pokemon before roller skating to the next city.

Something that really pleases me is how you can already find so many different pokemon from all kinds of regions in the first few places already. This is a big improvement in my opinion as i always hated how you pretty much only meet up with the "new" pokemon in older games and only get access to the "older" ones once you have the national dex D: If that makes any sense.
