ToH PVP Rules?

There a List of Rules and Etiquette in the 1on1 matches during ToH PVP?

Or should I assume it works like the 1on1 PVP tourny rules?

So far I've only been able to get an idea from watching one instance, that rule I got was No Reviving the Homunc, something can't be done for more than 20 seconds.... something like trick dead or hide or something....

A master list would be helpful...and I think weed out ToH lag.
