lol.. That is actually a homunculus. Its a support skill/mob created by an alchemist/creator. its sort of like a pet, you can name it wahtever you want.
Actually scratch that, i completely ignored the hp bar. thats weird. do you have a data folder? that may cause it.

I do, the data folder is for my custom aura sprites. It has some other techno mumbo jumbo stuff in it too with root names NHC and Rix. Whats odd is after 10 minutes the mushroom changed back to normal.
