I don't know if this will work, but try removing dinput.dll from your RO folder.

dinput.dll allows the mouse to move faster and also allows you to move your cursor outside the client screen, if you don't know what it does. But my friend had the same problem and he removed it, and it worked fine for him.

I want to apologize to the GMs and everyone else for all of this. As a man, I am not afraid to admit failures and mistakes, but anyway, I discovered that the problem wasn't RO at all. Having a fully updated kRO, Sakray, and server client is essentially needed, but also depending on the graphics card, that also needs to be updated and I failed to realized that until now. To solve that constant error even when everything in the RO folder is fully patched, the latest driver update for the graphic engines is also needed. So once again, I apologize for all of this confusion.
