New BFMV Album

They've got a new cd coming out pretty soon that is out now apparently. Anyone like em and have any thoughts on some of the newer songs?

Here is my favorite song I've heard out of the new album so far. The other songs are a little harder to understand the lyrics to when compared to some of their older songs.

Bittersweet Memories. I like the CD, its not better than The Poison, but it's not bad.. I've probably listened through it 100x or more.

The reason why you can hear him better is because he hardly screams in this CD. You tend to see this a lot with this Genre, A lot of scream, a bit of singing. 2 CD's later they mellow out a lot. BFMV, Atreyu, Coheed and Cambria, Avenged Sevenfold.. etc. Their original CD's were/are amazing, but they just switch their style up.

All in all, the CD isn't too bad..

Yeah. The newer albums bands tend to make usually mellow out quite a bit. I guess it comes with age, changing of style, voice wearing down a bit, etc.

Still just as good as their old albums, but far different for sure.

I don't like them very much, but I got a T-shirt of the album that has a woman with hand of crab, and a Blind Guardian wristband as x-mas gift;
