If you think that the problem is something custom, go to your heRO folder, delete "neoncube.file" and any "hero<date>.gpf" (repeating: its GPF and not GRF lol) you see in there, then run "heROpatcher" again. That should force it to re-download all patches and fix the problem.

OH my God! I accidentally Permanent Delete (Shift + Delete) my neoncube folder., as of now the patcher is not working because of missing neoncube.ini

can u please send me a zip file of your neoncube folder? please?
