What are feathers, and where do you go to get them?

Red tinted and Blue tinted feathers are highly sought after because you need ten of each to make a pair of avian wings. They are found in the dreaded Thanatos Tower! The best drops of the Red ones are Retributions and the best drops of Blue are Observation; both not to be taken lightly.
