Problem w/ Elemental Resist Potions Manual Quest

I just wanted to kno if any1 has successfully completed the elemental resist potions guide quest. I'm on the step where i'm suppose to give him the geek glasses, however the npc won't accept it and thus i can't get my manual :O. So if anybody can help i'm grateful!

Also on the side note, cross-referancing what rms and irowiki said about the quest and the npc. He asks for all the same items except 10 moth dust is changed to 10 powder of butterfly. is there something wrong there too?

Try with just Glasses (ID 2203), they are sold at npc too.

Yeah, right on Pandora, you're a genius ! Upon further investigation there seems to be some sort of problem on rms' end. They under there quest section along with irowiki say that we need 10 moth dust and geek glasses, however in this case what's really required for 10 powder of butterfly and a noraml pair of glasses. However rms says that 'glasses' work as well but only in the items database. So a recap for all of those trying to aquare their elemental resist pot creation manual (still a mouthful), here are the items needed:

Yellow Gemstone x 5
Empty Potion Bottle x 4
Heart of Mermaid x 10
Powder of Butterfly x 10
Maneater Blossom x 20
Glasses x 1

It's probably that the quest got updated and some quest site still have the old information. I checked the script directly, hence how I could find it was just the glasses item.

Yea, dancer/gypsy platinum skill quest is slightly different too, and more entertaining, but all of the items are the same, there's just more money wasted in travel expenses =p
