Scrolling through Chars with Mousewheel

i like my mousewheel... a lot... i like /q2 as well...

Now, as the thread title suggests i'd suggest scrolling through chars with the mouse wheel would be cool

I'm totally aware that it's probably impossible, I decided to suggest it nevertheless
