DB/BB Room Exclusive-ity?

Can we make DB/BB exclusive to their respective rooms? Maybe make DB rooms free and BB rooms pay? Because since the act of DB/BBing places is illegal anyway doesnt it make sense to make it secluded to its own area?

It's already becoming a serious problem where my SN loses its bonus any time someone FB or BBs a place I train (Or coal mines because people LOVE to bb/db Coal Mines) and it really sucks to lose 1% in the 9x range because some jackass decides he is having a bad day.

The fact that Odium is summonable with DB makes this change extremely reasonable.. I would think.

I actually want to suggest more private rooms, and to quit giving the item bonus that is given for renting the room...
