Not really. The hat's stats are pretty good, I haven't seen much of this item (semi-rare methinks) and its kinda cute (like a green coppola). He actually offered me a kinda low amount for me to buy it, but I told him to put it on auction here. Hence my comment that his price for it was too low. If only I'm not broke (just bought a underwear [1]) I would bid for it, but not higher than 9m..
