Halloween Quest enddate
Is the quest being pulled on November 4th or is the quest still active on November 4th, then being pulled off on the 5th?

Generally this, I believe.
It was put in very late on the 28th, so I imagine it'll be up at least most of the 4th, so it has a full week.
