I have problems with the chat!

Hello.
The chat customization isn't working. I can't add/remove new tabs and I can't hide certain things in the chat (example: Item get/drop).

If i press on the + it doesn't add a tab, but it opens the "Battle message window" and even if i press OFF on certain things I still see them.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Currently there's no "chat customization" in our client. ">>" opens Battle Log, where you can customize which text you want to see, those options work like a switch - if it's "on" you'll see text described, if it's "off" you won't. But it only works with Battle Log.
