Okay, I've heard about this and I know it's a Muspel drop, but I can't find any pages to see the stats on it. Is it a custom thing? And what are the stats on it?

it's a better crit acc right up to the point of those new continental accs...
but the +25 sp is not that bad as i know some ppl who got it expressly for that bonus...
Too bad it's a Kobold inside, I would have tried to take it if it was a Dancing Dragon.
