As far as I know, the only way you can change your name is by donating for a GM service, and having a GM change the name.

Going to say it out here too as Circe already replied about similar questions ingame: GMs aren't going to try to be mediator or be 'responsible' for any of these "invisible" trades. It's not actual item or anything, doesn't log well, hard to prove (no prove beyond whatever people say)...
