De-carder?

De-carder?
Ok I've been told theres no old woman to de-card equips from everyone I've asked. Why is that? It's a normal NPC on RO servers, I can see removing the socket enchant npc because of obvious reasons. But the price to decard something was like 225k and then 25k for each card removed. Is it a mistake that the npc isn't here, or is in intentional?

i believe it is actually intensional.

In official RO servers there is no such thing, in bRO I know that you can do so but paying real money for it XD. It is intensional I believe

It is intentionnal to never have a de-carder since it is a creation of private servers. Otherwise like chocolate said you have to pay real money to get it de-carded. Also this makes the game closer to what it is supposed to be.

Npc decarder?Icon_lol It would be too easy: "hmm today i want my marc in a silk robe to use it with my mage but tomorow i want it in a chainmail to use it with my crusader". Lol plz god no. ._.
