Consistent Party Bonus
This is a little somethig that was implemented in another MMO i used to play.
If the party members were all within lvl range, the party would get a small exp bonus for Job Variety and Correct Party composition.

Like, a party with 4 Sins wouldn't get a single Bonus. But a party with a Knight, a Priest, a Wizzy and an Archer would recieve a 2% exp Bonus per monster.

How does it sound?

This sounds pretty interesting. Do you know how the formula went at all? e.g. would a 2 sin, 1 Priest, 1 Knight have also activated it or it would've but at a lower rate?

well i think there is a group quest embedded in RO, and it requires all kinds of chars to be on the same party...

so yeah maybe it could work, so a party should have all the subclasses (only 1 of each):
1 swordie
1 merchant
1 aco
1 thief
1 archer
1 mage

hmm still feel kinda bad for the taekwon-gunslinger-ninja and novice classes...

This tatic was used in the game Trickster Online.
It actually sucked hard.
