GM-Pandora Wrote:WOE Cancelled on Xmas and New Year!!

We are cancelling the 2 Sunday woe for Christmas and New Year's day, respectivly on the 25th of December and January 1st.

However, the wednesday WOE stay as planned.

We'll try and hold a event instead of the sunday woe, but it all depends on GM availability, so I make no promises ^_^

Seasons greetings !! Icon_mrgreen

Since I only started WoEing Feb 2008, does this happen every year?

Yeah, the date is totally relevant to my question. And I am actually stupid enough to dig a topic so buried down there and not know how old it is.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I still prefer a GM's reply or someone who has been here during an x-mas woe period.

Our weekends are different here. Our holidays are different as well (No x-mas holiday for instant). So I don't get exactly how this works, had to make sure Icon_wink

The only valid way to really talk about it is how that it's Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, which to north americans is just as good of an excuse to party away all day and all night as the actual day itself (especially new year's eve when there's celebration and countdowns of all kinds).

It's worth considering even if it's only the "eve"s.
