Hair Coupon Quests

Hmmm.. taking the hair coupon quest out is not an option. Revising the item list is in the realm of possible however, specially for drops that have changed.

Perhaps I should add a level requirement too, so people can't abuse it (btw you can't get a coupon quest with a novice, little liar you!)

Having to retain a variable for each hair.. would be doable I guess, but kinda tedious -_-

but is it really that hard to get to job 10, job change then get the quest hmm?

also, in regard to the level requirement, certain quests should be categorized based on that level requirement, meaning you would get certain quests from levels 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, etc.

Level requirements are mentioned in the quest list, if you mean for all the quests.

If you mean that the coupon quest items should depend on level, then no since the coupon is tradable. xD

Hmmm Pand, could you make the quest be based on level and not class? I would think a level 10-20 requirement base would be fair since people do make super novices or even perma novices of all sorts.

Anyway, if the variable thing is too much pain in the neck, don't worry about it, I was just posting ideas around, but thank you for reading all the same :]

Yeah, level requirement would be better than class requirement overall.

why not make the items based on the level hmm? odds are if you're going to gather items by the time you do gather them all you'll already be over that level range anyway so it wouldn't be that big a deal.

granted you could have another character farm the needed items and what not, but isn't that happening as it is anyway? using a higher leveled character to gather the items to unlock the hairstyle on a new character.

oh and i'll bring this up too, but why not make the hairstyles account unlockable instead of character only? unless it's already that way but i don't think it is.

TK class change makes it basically novice-able since it's one of the most simple job change quest ever ;p (it beats hunting aloe).

I figured you'd say no to the idea of taking coupons out =p So I was aiming for an item requirement update.

Because let's face it, it's pretty sad when a level 90+ Champ has to go on suicide missions just to get a new hairdo >_> Maybe the coupon lady is friends with Ayu...

Most NPC's are friends with the GMs since they're scripted that way /swt
