Please Help

I just made an account and followed the steps and then I got to Prontera. I'm playing and then I left exited out of the game. I run the exe again and then it will log me on, but it will only show me in Prontera for a second, then it closes down the entire program.

Any ideas why this is happening? If it's any consellation, I got some kind of weird error that closed it the first time when I tried to talk to Styla. I am a novice.

It might be that you aren't fully updated. How did you install heRO?

I installed it using the full installer.

You had RO installed right?

And did you install it on the same folder as RO?

The Full Installer downloads Ragnarok, Sakray, and the patched server. They all got installed into the Gravity/RO folder. Yes, I'm sure. And now whenever I run heRO I get this error:
