There is a pool of water on the second level of moscovia dungeon. However it makes you unable to use waterball even when standing in it. Is there a way to fix that? It seems dumb to have waterball not work in water.
That's not the point, it's the principle of the matter. You're underwater, you should be able to spam it as much as you'd like, even if they get healed from it.
It's the correct tile type, but for Moscovia the puddle of water there is recognized as "not deep enough to count" similar to how you can't use waterball when the water barely scratched your feet in the graphics.
Potentially it may be because it's what the map-editor like to call "high number water" (I think Moscovia's muddy water tile is a 7 or something?) and waterball only works with the traditional "blue water". I don't really know heh... but the point is: lava is actually a type of water for the RO map editor, and a GM needs to warp on those illegal magma dungeon tiles to see if they can waterball on lava or not, since lava is also a "high number water" tile ._.;
For byalan, it's actually a "no water map" covered under a giant blue flashlight to dye the grey map a blue color, lol.
Moscovia 2 has a little puddle you can waterball stuff from =x it's in the very north middle =x
And this sorta brings me back to my HUGE Want that there be a DB room that is NOTHING BUT water. I would so love to spam Whatever MVP's I could get with waterball. Especially things I could probably oneshot like Eddga.
Now, I coulda done this back before they made it so you CAN"T DB on maps outside the DB rooms on those maps that HAD water, but /meh. At the very least, it's fun giving Drake a taste of his own medicine (even if it is 5 levels inferior.)
