when I first heard about the server I heard about these light/dark - side gears that you would be able to wear, this is what made me join =). Can any GM answer this?

They are currently being developed as we speak. Keep in mind that we dont want them to be easily accessible therefore a lot of either dark or light points will be required, better start gathering them now
