These rules and the "promise" you gotta do to start playing at our server is just an agreement to the servers rules.

It doens't litterly say "OMG if you KS you'll break THE promise and now all hell breaks lose!!!"

Sorry for the overdramatic touch in that sentance but i just wanna make a point. I respect your aspect about promises (though i think the "not even death, is an excuse for breaking a promise."[i/] sentance is a bit to overdone but that is just my opinion, you can trow that in a trashcan if you want xD)

but its basicly saying, with example to the KS rule; that you shouldn't kill steal on purpose, [i]if it happends just appologise and move on with your character/life.
