Most of you have gone to the fairy town and even tough its just a hunk of floating rock, I can't shake the feeling that there's something missing from it.
Then it snapped:
NOCLOUDS!
Would it be very hard to add clouds to the background like in Arcadia 2F? (gon_dun02) nobody would benefit from it but at least it wouldn't look as ugly ;~;
From memory, Ayu either considered having clouds, and it ended up being too much of a lag factor, or something about the map pretty much requiring an entire rebuild if one was to attempt to edit it, because it's borked in some backend way.
If clouds are a lag factor, then having a pond-like paradise would be a nono as well q.q maybe we could make it more jungle/mystic forest type setting?

Again, that would only work provided:
1) heRO currently has a mapper.
2) The map isn't borked and needs rebuilding in order to edit. :X I do remember something on this note, but Ayu's being a jerk and not responding to me at the moment.
Spoke to the Ayu monster, she says the map was made before Browedit (there was no option for clouds or anything), and unless they've updated the newer Browedits to be able to read in it, then it'd need to be rebuilt in order to be edited at all.
From what I vaguely recall about it, to have a proper sky the map needs to be hexed into the client (the .exe that lauches the game) or you have to replace an existing map with sky/cloud.
No idea why it's like that, but that's what I recall being told a long time ago.
