Character creation is denied.

I've just registered on the HeRO server and now trying to create my first character, but after choosing name and setting stats the server respond with message 'Character creation is denied.'
At first I thought that nickname is incorrect or alreadt exists. But I try different nicknames and allways same message appears.
How possible to solve this? I wanna play ;c

Try creating a character with the default hairstyle and hair color, you can talk to Styla to change it once you get to Prontera if you wish (don't forget to go through Novice Training Grounds for goodies and Novice Potions!).

If that doesn't work post a screenshot if you don't mind or send in a support ticket for GM assistance if you prefer.

By the way, why is character creation denied if you use custom haircolors?

The server is set to only accept X ( 24 or 25 I think ) hairstyles and Y (around 10 or something) hair colors upon character creation, while the client is set to read all of them. And Styla allows you to see them all as well, because that's via script.

We weren't supposed to even see the custom hair colors in there actually, but nobody noticed that before the client get released I suppose lol

never got this problem because i almost always use the default appearance..
(its not because i'm to lazy to customize my appearance or anything!!)
