I transfered one from my leafgreen so i got the pokedex info :O

in the area it shows route 218 only, and its flashing red so i think that means its pretty rare.

ROMs are illegal as long as you keep them in your computer, actually you can have it for 2 days I think XD
[EDIT] Though I have all those versions in the official, legal way, gba, gb, gbc tapes XD I'm addicted too xD
