Question about wings and WoE

10 def and a slot would be overpowered.

I personnaly bring flower wings during woe, but only has a back-up armor if my main one break.

Kapha card on a silk robe gives 18 mdef, vs 20 with the flower wing. But with the flower wings, everyone know what you wear.

Um, just to clarify, Kapha Card is for Garments, Soldier Card I believe is the only card that goes on armor that increases mdef, and it increases by 2.

You are right Rei. Rika said it her post it was on armor, next time i'll take a look on ratemyserver to make sure the info is correct. >_>

edit : Goat card gives 2 def and 5 mdef wich can be an interesting option.

Heh that's why I said in my post if we made the flower wings slotted, it would be another quest and it would also lower the mdef in exchange for that power.

Silk robes that are slotted aren't really problematic LOL.

Because silk robe is limiting by classes, have half of the original defense as the flower wing and each refine gives the usual 0.8 instead of 1.6%. If Namin? is correct, the + value for wings give more than an usual armor because they spans across multiple slots.

Silk Robe trades massive physical defense for the slot and how it is invisible to other players. Flower Wings have a very high defense rating in both physical and magic, but it lacks the slot and allows people to attack/attempt status infliction without fear due to its visibility.

Certainly Namin? believes that flower wing is one of the best armor for PvM purposes though... at least in the old svn, Namin? can tank any biolab monster (as long as there is only one of them) with flower wing except for Power Up lv 5 + mammonite/bowling bash.

Ohhhhhhh I didn't know that you got more armor bonus cause it took two slots, that changes like everything D:

Flower Wing has the highest defense of all wings excluding ToH Wings with an armor of 6. It is equal to Saint's Robe in physical defense value, but more mdef. Really, to Namin?, its visibility and lack of slots is the only thing stopping the Flower Wing from total domination o_o; (but thankfully, those two drawbacks are so important and major that it stops Flower Wing from even entering WoE play in a mainstream manner.)

(Namin? did not know about the double slot bonus either until Mr. Silvanel told Namin? about it in the summer time This was on old SvN, and not sure if there are changes in new SvN though)

Most of the Angelic Set for Super Novices don't even have slots in them. The shield, the headgear, and the shoes do I remember off the top of my head.

Secondly Super Novices aren't seen as very serious killers in woe /heh
