Honestly, my entire argument for doing choice A resides on 1) A blacksmith existing in our group and 2) That said BS using forging to whack the crap out of the beast.

Hopefully someone got the hint being stressed here.

You're hinting that our weapons weren't taken from zombies and ghouls? Two is interestingly coincidental number. You'd be amazed how often you can find things in twos. For example, it's the number of weapons we got minus the number of phendark and rybio in the first encounter. And since the gemstones weren't distributed until after the second, we can't have had weapons forged in both. Unless someone is a blacksmith, and cares to admit it to a group that we know contains the zombie king, I don't think it's a good idea to gamble upon his existence. You're all entitled to your interpretations, though.

For now, I still vote for B, nothing's stopping us from returning later.

As far as I know this game never revisits past areas. So that is preventing us from coming back. Unless Namine made a change from the previous games.

Hey I gave the party like 3 chances to fight Detale, and two opportunities to go to Odin's Temple in the first game (just that I use different titles every time). I didn't do any revisit in Game 2 though.

Zherlthsh: How dare you defy my rule in my domain of the Underground Prison! Prepare yourself!

The prison queen summoned up 3 Ghouls to her side as the heroes armed themselves with their remaining weapons and spells. The queen cracked her whip as dark energy sizzled, and Zherlthsh flung the dark binding energy on the hero Kadar to immobilize him from the entire battle using the Stop spell!

Sonic Blow attack! Zherlthsh bypassed the hero's priority and attacked one of the heroes!

Grand Cross unleashed! The Crusader took 1 damage and deal 1 damage to all zombies and monsters.


Using the power of the Into the Abyss songs, the heroes easily demolished the prison queen and ended her rule of the underground prison!

-Prison Key (team key item, don't need to share)

With the prison queen's agonizing scream, she returns to the dust and the heroes can now rescue the prisoners with the Prison Key. However, seems like the other prison wardens Phendarks and Rybios are alerted and quickly coming. The heroes must decide fast about their next step before being surrounded by the prison wardens!


The Zombie King is summoning the forces of darkness for this round...

A) Prison Break 2
-Return to the torture chamber and rescue the chained prisoners before the Rybios return to slaughter them all!

Special Event! There are at least 2 Rybios in this area.

B) Demon's Treasures
-The former queen must have hoarded endless riches that she confiscated. The locked door here sounds promising...

C) Malice Descendent
-There are still many prisoners escorted to the underground sewer sites of Glast Heim. Who is to relieve them of their pain and misery?



Tough decision! Chased by prison wardens, yet heroes have to either rescue prisoners, pick up some items to restock perhaps or to venture deeper for the other detainees. What to do now?
