no skill restrictions pls D: i reckon that's why skills were made in order to use, exploitation (not the illegal kind) depending on the user's will to do so

so i still thinking potion pitcher level 4 should be allowed (counting merely as a greater heal) along with slim pp (uber heal), basilica, play dead and all those 'unfair' skills. It isn't a one-on-one thing, so i'm guessing it's hard for those skills to be overpowered in that sense.
