No. The problem is that somebody wants to be able to reach 190 aspd (or almost that) in quag. If quag cancels not only THQ but also the zerk aspd this won't be possible. That's what Fates is picking about.
Zerk's aspd bonus shouldn't be reduced by quag.
Edit: Quag reduces Dex and Agi and removes all Speed/Agi Buffs (THQ, Adrenaline Rush, Cart Boost, Agi, Improve Concentration). The Problem is that Berserk isn't *really* a speed buff. It doesn't sound right for me that its speed is reduced by quag too.
