Firewall Problems

Okay. I recently got an upgraded version??of a firewall I already had.??On the older version,??RO worked the way it should, it popped up, though??the firewall asked if it was okay to let HeRO run. I set it to allow, and everything was peachy.

Now, that I upgraded,??It was starting from pretty much square one, as it still asked me if hero was okay to run, and I allowed it.??BUt, even though it's allowed, the RO window??will not come up while the firewall is active, even though it does let me patch. I've gone back and quadruple checked the?list of allowed/disallowed programs, and confirmed that RO is an allowed program.??I can disable the firewall temporarily and reactivate it after the window is open, and doesn't really??affect game play, but it is quite annoying, especially when I encounter situations where??I'd have to exit completely out of RO. (IRL issues/ White screen or I get tired of light map)

And??I'm not sure disabling the firewall is??too smart a move just to play a game, even if it is only for a second.

Is there some sort of magical??button I can push to get things running normally again?
