Yes, you can manually activate the other bolts by using cold bolt yourself through ice falchion or Arctic wings.

Only way you could equip both Ice falchion and Elemental sword was if you were dual wielding as a sin, IMO, unless you were Soul Breaker build I don't see why you would be trying to equip two swords.

But yea, People who like to abuse elemental sword generally try to card it with pitman so earth spike will do more, then I think they might try getting 1 imp and 1 siroma to boost cold and fire bolts.??
