I youtubed some stuff from the new album and midlife crisis sounds about alright xD Some bits do have an echo of a remotely Mushroom-ish vibe but as a whole it feels like the early post-Syd Barrett Pink Floyd - not in the music style ofc but that they don't really know what sound they're going with, and experimenting aimlessly

But there's hope for you! Usually, after the "searching who we are" phase, a "back to the roots" phase follows xD Maaaaybe?
In the meantime, you might enjoy (if you haven't already) stuff like Hallucinogen, Man With No Name, perhaps the earlier Juno Reactor etc.
