The server is set to only accept X ( 24 or 25 I think Thinking ) hairstyles and Y (around 10 or something) hair colors upon character creation, while the client is set to read all of them. And Styla allows you to see them all as well, because that's via script.

We weren't supposed to even see the custom hair colors in there actually, but nobody noticed that before the client get released I suppose lol
