For example, you could make a Lucifer's Lament-ish item for Nameless that would let you enter the dungeon on any character once you have done it once. I do not mind doing a long quest once, but please spare me from doing it multiple times.
The closest thing we have to what you mention is the Army Supply quest, in which the player assists Sir Melot or Lady Thea, and is allowed to unlock a dungeon (Nyddhoggur's Nest, Nameless Island, Kiel's Factory, etc). The unlock is character-bound, but the items aren't hard to hunt. :P
Quote:I loved your patch that implemented PVP supplies but it is still not perfect imo. WoE isn't supposed to be a zeny sink event, it's about fighting (and drama :D), thank you for implementing supplies because it is really hard for new players to play carry characters like champion or sinx, when it's hard, it makes what woe is lately, a bunch of priests and clowns supporting one or two killers. Though, I would make some supplies a bit cheaper and add some to the lot.
The way I see is that if you fully participated to a WoE, you should be able to get the major part of your supplies refunded (like 75%. Let's say you get your EDPs and some of your pots back via points). Also, some items, like condensed white pots deserve to be redeemable, just make them a bit worse than the creos' pots so those characters won't lose their value. Speed pots would be nice as well but those are pretty over powered imo so make them expensive =p.
Personally, I wouldn't mind reducing the cost of some of the supplies, as well as adding some, like expensive speed potions. I'll pass the idea to the other GMs and see what they have to say about it.
Quote:I dunno if you guys ever noticed but gear swapping is broken in this game in certain cases, especially against champions, it doesn't matter that much for other classes if I remember correctly. For example, if you put on a ghostring in the middle of an asura cast, the ghostring won't take effect.
I can't remember well right now, but I think if a player swapped to a GR armor in the middle of an asura cast, the ghostring
would take effect and reduce asura damage accordingly. I don't know the exact details of your situation, but if you didn't have the other resists equipped (or if the other champion's damage was high enough), you would have died even with GR on.

Well, at least the issue with farming off of MVP slaves was fixed.
