And last but not least, if assassin crosses in this server use dual elemental swords to cast about 20 bolts at once (or more as others have pointed out in another thread), having a gear that increases damage with earth spike means worsening the imbalance beyond comprehension.

That aside, I am not okay with +3 stat in a lower. +2 is pushing it, and +1 is about the norm. I know the Orion guild's "vent" server was in an uproar over that +3 str bombporing backpack.

Right now I fear for what these packages will do to prevent those just joining the server from catching up with those of us who have been around for years.
