I definitely don't have those fancy new anniversary gears :p and I am starting a new account to give it a shot at re-discovering all the new customs to see how they will change things.

Currently looking at my own guide in 2011 to jump start my memory of where to go, and Ciar told me ingame of Nightmare Pyramid which actually looks promising as a GH replacement once orc dungeon gets too slow. I'll definitely take a look at how viable is the nightmare verits and report back later.
